About

Welcome to my website.

My name is Long, I’m 25 years old, and I’m a pharmacist based in the United States.

I didn’t start this blog because I had everything figured out.
I started it because I didn’t.

After graduating, I found myself with over $100,000 in student loan debt, a decent salary, and a constant feeling that I was supposed to be doing “better” with my life. On paper, things looked fine. In reality, I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of what direction I actually wanted to move in.

I also realized something important early on:
I didn’t want my job to be my entire identity.

Yes, I’m a pharmacist, but I’m also someone who wants more out of life. More freedom. More experiences. More balance. I’m interested in things like travel, exercise, personal growth, and building a life that feels intentional instead of automatic.

I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to places like Vietnam, South Africa, Japan, Malaysia, and the Netherlands, and those experiences pushed me to think beyond the traditional “work, save, repeat” path. They made me question what success really looks like for me.

This blog is a reflection of that process.

I don’t have a perfect ending yet and that’s kind of the point. I’m figuring things out in real time: navigating debt payoff, experimenting with lifestyle changes, questioning career paths, and learning lessons I wish I had known sooner.

My hope is that this site grows as I grow through financial milestones, mindset shifts, and honest reflections along the way.

If you’re walking a similar path feeling behind, confused, or quietly wanting something different, you’re welcome here.
